The Business requirement is to disable Personal Shopping Lists for all users. We have already disabled the option to create a Personal Shopping List in the Classic UI and implemented this using the Sandbox Page Composer.

However, in the new RSSP page of the Shopping List, we are unable to delete/hide/disable this functionality using Visual Builder. There are only a few options listed that are available to edit, and the "Create Shopping List" button is not one of them.
