We have a requirement to update 800k existing customer account profiles to disable "Send Statement" option.
- We tested the SOAP web service and successfully updated a single account. While Postman allows bulk updates by repeatedly invoking the SOAP service, this approach is time-consuming and would take several hours to update all records.
- We also attempted the FBDI approach; it works for customer accounts imported via FBDI, but not for all accounts—it only applies to a small subset.
