Email being sent to customer when address is incorrect

Summary:

We're experiencing some issues with email addresses when it comes to customers. When "Print Receivables Transactions" is ran, for some reason there are some emails that are picked up even thought they're wrong and have weird characters (that's something we're fixing on our own because it's a data issue).

What we need is to make sure that if there is any data issue and the email for a specific customer is wrong, instead of the email being delivered to a weird email address, we need to be notified if there is anything wrong with the delivery, but instead, oracle takes the characters of the email address and adds at the very end a domain provided by Oracle.
