Why has My Maintenance Work been opt in on our behalf in PROD?
Summary:
Some system update has opted in a feature that we are not using in our PRODUCTION system. My Maintenance Work is accessible for sites concurrently to dispatch list despite oracle saying you couldn't have both.
Why has this been opted in on our behalf and why has this not been communicated?
We have just suffered two updates that 1st broke our meter updates and 2nd broke the maintenance calendar forecast. The costs of these updates in terms of support costs, attending to SR's and the direct cost of work orders coming out at the wrong time and adding to unnecessary parts orders are starting to add up.
