Redwood - Job Offer is not appearing under Recruiting Activity Center

in Workforce Management

Summary:

We are facing an issue with REDWOOD Recruiting Activity Center

Recruiter has created a Job Offer against a Job Requisition. The Offer is in 'Draft' state. We have run 'Synchronize Recruiting Activity Center Action Items' and it should have appeared under Recruiting Activity Center as pert the document

However, the Recruiter is not able to see this Job Offer under RAC. Any inputs on this is highly appreciated.
