Is there a way to suppress or change link in automated email for Reset Password out of OCI?
Summary:
Customers are created in Oracle Fusion ERP by our Customer Service Team. They set a flag on the record to allow them to use the Customer Portal/Dashboard. The Customers are then synced to the Identity Domain in OCI that was provisioned for this use as the role is defined in the Identity Domain. This is all per the Oracle Documentation, .
Can we update the link in the Reset Password URL confirmation to actually point to the External URL? Or can we suppress this particular email? The email that comes does not point them back to the appropriate External URL for the Bill Pay/Customer Portal and is causing a lot of confusion and complaints from our customers. I've attached an image as it is just the last email we either want to update the URL (Preferred) or suppress this particular Email.
