What the logic of Suggested Candidate in Succession Planning
Hi Experts,
I would like to understand how the Suggested Candidate option works in Succession Planning. My understanding is that the system compares the requirements of a job (skills, experience, qualifications, etc.) with each employee’s profile and suggests employees who best match the job as potential successors.
Could you please confirm if my understanding is correct? If not, I would appreciate it if you could provide the correct logic for how Suggested Candidates are determined in Succession Planning.
