Create the Goals Center app under My Team

I noticed that Team Goals Center is available under My Team but not Goals Center.

I tried to create the Goals Center app under My Team (Navigation: My Team>Goals Center) so that my customer would find it less confusing to navigate to the respective pages.

i give the same secure resource name taken from the Goals Center page from the quick action navigation (My Team>Quick Actions>Show more>Career and Performance>Goals Center. But the page does not load correctly.
