After 25A, customers whose profile is set to XML invoice delivery method are not searchable

Since 25A, we can’t search for customers in the From/To Customer fields of custom ESS jobs, even though we use the same CustomerAccountVO and CustomerVVO LOVs as the seeded Oracle reports. After troubleshooting, we found that customers with Invoice Delivery Method set to XML don’t appear in search results. Changing their method to Paper or Email makes them searchable again, but switching back to XML hides them from the search. Our reports have not changed in years.
