'Overtime Period for Payroll' and 'Time Card Required for Payroll' are not visible in Job Offer Page

Summary:

While creating a Job Offer under the Payroll Info section, three fields are initially displayed (as shown in the screenshot below). We populate all three fields and save the Job Offer. However, upon reopening the Job Offer, only the 'Payroll' field remains visible in some cases, while in others, none of the fields are displayed. Specifically, the 'Overtime Period for Payroll' and 'Time Card Required for Payroll' fields are missing.

We have verified in VB Studio that these fields are enabled. Could you please confirm whether this is expected system behavior or if there might be a configuration issue we are overlooking?
