Application Error Updating Candidate Email with Dot (.) in Oracle Recruiting Cloud
Hi Community,
We are encountering an issue in Recruiting Cloud when updating the email address in the "Personal Info" section of a candidate's job application record. If we enter an email address with a period in the local part (e.g., Lisa.Ann@oracle .com ), the system throws an application error. However, email addresses without a period (e.g., LisaAnn@oracle .com ) are saved successfully.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Are there any known validation rules, configurations, or bugs that might prevent email
