Hide Salary section for hiring manager

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We've requirement of hiding the salary section on job offer from hiring manager.
My Team-> Hiring-> Offers->
in Job Offers open any job offer

and in offer section

Hide salary section

When we come to this page, we opened the page in VBS and tried restricting salary section but it's not working.
Can you please let me know how we can hide the salary section for hiring mangers.
