Redwood Goal Management:Completion Percentage Field Accepts Any Value Despite VBS Step Value Setting
Summary:
In the Redwood UI for Goal Management (Performance and Development Goals), we’ve configured the Actual Completion Percentage field using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to only allow values in multiples of 10 by setting the Step Value accordingly.
However, we’ve discovered that users can still manually type any number into the field (e.g., 37, 82), and the system does throw an error but does NOT prevent submission of the update. This seems to bypass the step value restriction we’ve configured.
Questions:
- Is this expected behavior for this field in Redwood UI?
- Is there a known bug or limitation with how VBS step values are enforced in this context?
