Missing Manager Rating Option in "Overall Performance" Section
Hi everyone,
I’m currently facing an issue in the Manager Feedback page of our performance evaluation process.
Until last week, everything was working fine, but starting yesterday, I noticed that in the Overall Performance section, the manager should be able to provide their rating (using the star rating field). However, this option is no longer visible.
Instead, the system shows the following message:
"Complete all required ratings in the Overall performance evaluation topics."
Because the rating field is missing, the Submit button remains disabled, and it’s impossible to move forward with the evaluation.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue recently, or is there a known fix or configuration change that could cause this behavior?
