How to restrict employees from editing or creating goals during Manager Evaluation stage in PA?
Hi everyone,
We’re facing an issue in Oracle HCM Performance Management where, after the employee submits their Performance Document, they’re still able to add, edit, and submit goals through the Goals Center. These goal changes automatically reflect in the Performance Appraisal (PA) form that’s under the Manager Evaluation stage (appearing to the manager without any assessment or comments.)
We want to restrict employees from editing or creating new goals once the Performance Form reaches the Manager Evaluation stage.
Is there any standard configuration, profile option, or business rule available to control this behavior? Any suggestions or best practices would be appreciated.
