Revised supplier questionnaire response not updating in the application.

Summary:

For the supplier external questionnaire in Redwood, when an approver requests a supplier registration resubmission and the supplier updates their responses, the resubmitted responses do not display correctly. Instead of showing the updated responses, it shows both the old and the new. The parent question has separate branching depending on each answer; however, the updated response displays all answers for both questions.

This issue was identified in Production, but I was able to recreate it in the lower environment.
