Journeys Access for Contingent Workers who we are Hiring as Employees

Summary:

Hi everyone. We currently auto-provision the Pending Worker role to pending workers and that gives them access to complete their new hire Journeys. For contingent workers we are hiring as employees we have been having issues because since they are not pending workers, we cannot auto-provision them the role. We have had to manually assign them the role instead which leads to a delay in having them start their Journeys. Is anyone else dealing with this and are you handling it differently? I would love to hear what you are doing or if you have any suggestions.
