Telephony integration in Redwood: CTI integration with Zoom Contact Center
In this article, we will go through the steps to integrate your Fusion Redwood CTI application with Zoom Contact Center - Smart Embed.
Currently, the call controls (such as Accept, Disconnect, Hang up) from Fusion may not work due to the API limitations in Zoom Contact Center. You will need to control the call from the Zoom Contact Center - Smart Embed application itself.
Before starting this section, you need to have a toolbar application, which builds upon the "Develop your own media toolbar application" section. If you follow this tutorial step by step, you will already have a basic toolbar implementation.
