25C Redwood: How to remove the default filter applied on Prospects on Candidates list page

Summary:

In the Job Requisition overview page, there are list of candidate and job application counts displayed. We have observed 2 issues wrt Referred Prospects counts -

1. Referred Prospects always show 0 even though we have prospects for the selected job requisition
2. When we click on hyperlink, there is a default filter appearing as Prospect Source 2

The only way to show up the candidates is cancelling the prospect filter by clicking 'x'

But to navigate this page, the hiring manager should first be able to see the counts on the Overview tab of the Job Requisition which is controlled by this filter.
