Issues with intervening life events during OE in Redwood

Summary:

We are experiencing issues when backing out OE to unprocessed when there is an intervening life event. Once the intervening life event is processed and closed, we reprocesses the open enrollment life event. The elections made in the intervening life event do not appear in the open life event. Example, employee had a baby and added dependent to coverage. Once the birth event was processed and closed, the dependent is visible on the plan however, when I reprocess the OE event, it reverts back to elections prior to the birth event. If I back out the
