Unable to hide 'Text Messages' section under 'Messages Tab' in redwood Candidate details Page

Summary: We have not enabled SMS provider functionality in ORC and do not have a need to leverage the 'Text Messages' functionality under Messages Tab of Candidate details Page. When trying to hide through VB ; we do not have the flexibility to do so.
