Compensation-ICP- Element Input Value Lookup

Summary:

We have added a lookup for an element input value which is used for an ICP.

Lookup shows the value when the element is selected, however after save/submit the value for the Input value is blank - so the value is captured in the input value field.

Any suggestions or confirmation if the lookup attached to an input value will work?
