Employee Grievance through checklist journey
Last year 2024, we had a requirement to handle employee grievances through a checklist journey. Below is the full process for that and it is working fine in the production instance:
Process:
Once Performance Cycle is completed, Grievance Admin will release the Checklist task for employees based upon the eligibility profile.
1.Employee Task:
STEP 1: Employees will be notified by FYI.
STEP 2: Navigation: - Me a Performance Evaluation Grievances
STEP 3: Once the form opens, Employee’s ID, Employee Name, LM name, BU, Function, Sub Function, Final Rating fields will get auto populated from the Person, Assignment Information & Performance Document.
STEP 4: Employee must select the Grievance Reasons and Desired Result from the LOV.
