Talent Profile changes submitted by HR do not trigger approvals
Summary:
Create Talent Profile sections and select Approval Required checkbox
Login as Employee and submit a talent profile change. The transaction shows up in transaction console and from Me > Show More > Skills and Qualifications, user is able to see the pending approval
Login as HR and submit a talent profile change, the transaction completes automatically and user is able to see the changes. The transaction does NOT show up in the transaction console.
This started only after 25C. Before that, HR users were able to see the transaction in Transaction console and as pending approval from My Client Groups > Profiles > talent profiles.
