Work Order can be execute/complete by other resources in My Maintenance Work

Summary:

When we create a maintenance work order and we assign a resource instance (xxxx) and released it.

When other technician login in My Maintenance Work they are able to execute the work order even they are not assigned to that work order.

Question - How can we restrict only assigned technician can work on that work order , it should not allowed for other technicians to execute the same work order
