Business unit is not getting updated from the new work relationship on talent profile page

Summary:

New Business unit value is not showing up on the header of the employee's talent profile under skills and qualifications of the employee

As shown below, CRPNA_Corporate NA is the business unit name on the terminated record and SGEU_Solution Group EMEA is the new business unit name after doing the global transfer.

But as showing below when logged in from the employee, we are still seeing the old business unit name but not the new one

FYI: In this case, employee has existing data before the global transfer into new business unit, but for the employees who has got no data filled under skills and qualifications in such cases we are not seeing this issue as the new business unit name is shown after the global transfer.
