How to generate customer statement prints on location based printers automatically

We need the ability to default a specific printer based on the office location of the user (within the same job role) when printing customer statements.

We have two separate AR teams located in different offices, each aligned to a specific Business Unit (BU). Each team is responsible for printing customer statements for their respective BU. While printers are assigned to duty roles, users share the same security roles across BUs and therefore have access to all designated printers.
Currently, when running the "Create Customer Statements" process, there is no option to select or default a printer based on the user running the job.
