How to generate customer statement prints on location based printers automatically

We have a requirement, where we have two separate office location of the AR team (based on BU), where each team is responsible for their own customer statement printing. Each printer is assigned a duty role, however, we do not have distinct security roles for each BU and a user will have access to all designated printers. However, when we run the "Create Customer Statements" we do not have an option to select the printer. How can we default the printer based on which user is running the job.
