Redwood - error when external candidate move to HR

Hello,

We have activated the Job Offer page in Redwood and are now performing UAT.We are receiving an error message when trying to move external candidate to HR.

The error message is Cannot invoke "String.trim()" because the return value of "oracle.jbo.Row.getAttribute(String)" is null

Mandatory input params are found to be null, pSubmissionId=300000494844841, pPersonId=300000494844792, pTalentProfileId=null

I understand that we are probably missing some information in the JR but I don't understand which one.
Could you please help us?
