How to edit a Requisition Action in Visual Builder Studio

I am a novice to Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

In Oracle Fusion Self Service Procurement, I am trying to make the Edit button (Path: RSSP > Requisition Status > Line Action > Edit button) inactive or hidden when a Requisition status is in "Approved" or "Ordered" status.

However, in the Visual Builder, I cannot find a way to update the properties for this specific function or add a condition rule to it.

Could someone share the experience or the instructions, guidance, or material (eg. YouTube or documentation) to assist me to achieve this?
