"Quick Move in Attachment Preview" rejection is not sending notification to candidate.

We recently enabled the "Quick Move in Attachment Preview" in our test environment with 25C and noticed that if we reject a candidate from the attachment, they are not receiving the automatic notification we have set up in our CSP. Is anyone else experiencing this?
