FDI create a custom subject area using the PVO's

We have a requirement to print the AP invoice attachment URL and the attachment file name in the FDI report. Currently ap invoice subject area don't have these attributes. I ahve refered the below Oracle artticle to achive the requirement.

But I want to achive this without ADW view creation. I have created the 3 augmented tables for the url, url document and url document translation.I need a help for the belwo things

  1. How to link the augmented tables and create a custom subject area link with AP invoices subject area.
  2. can we use the Augmented tables directly in the dataset creation?
