Oracle Journey Configurable Form- Value set (Table)

I am trying to setup a configurable form to retrieve Employee Name from the Backend database so that HR Person can select that person for who they are completing a Task (configurable form) in Journey but the character length is only <150 in the Value Set when creating the DFF. Is there another way to create the task so that it allows the HR Person to select the Employee Name from the Inline Search dropdown?
