Job Offer not updated after Job/Position changes

Hello Team,

We noticed that when Job or Position details are updated directly from Workforce Structures, the changes are not reflected in the existing Job Offer.

Is there any Oracle recommendation or best practice to keep the job offer updated when the related job or position is modified?
