Can an OMCS customer access OCI Console?

Summary:

Hi, I have an OMCS (Oracle Managed Cloud Customer) who is running EBS @ OCI service. They would like to access the Cloud Console. They are entering their tenancy in the Cloud Account Name but when entering the username and password (for the Oracle accounts), they are getting the error message that the username or password has not been identified. Would someone please confirm that they are having access to the cloud.oracle.com and what are the steps to get access please? Thank you!
