Onboarding Notifications - BI Report

Hi everyone,

I'm currently creating notifications for journeys, for the onboarding process.

I'm interested in developing custom BI reports for each process notification, and nothing else.

I'd love to hear from those with experience - is it better to use Oracle templates for this purpose (which are relatively complex because they are generic for many processes)

or alternatively create my own simple reports (which are easier, simpler, more understandable, but I don't know if this is what is customary)

I'd appreciate any answer, thanks!
