Email channel for Outlook Add-in

Summary:

We’ve noticed a difference between our test and production Outlook Add-ins.
In the test environment, the “Share” button works as expected, it creates Email-type tasks for the shared email.
However, in the production environment, clicking “Share” does nothing, and we have to use the “Create Follow-Up Task” option instead.

Could this issue be related to the configuration of the Email Channel? We have it set up in our test environment but not in production.
I’m wondering if this missing configuration could be causing the problem.
