Compensation Info page is not coming up when navigating from Employment Info Three dot menu

Hello Team,

We have recently migrated Redwood Compensation Info to Production environment and some of leaders are reporting that content in Compensation Info page is not coming up when navigating from HRToolbox -> Employment Info -> 3 dotmenu -> Compensation Info.

However, accessing the Comp Info page from Home Page -> HrToolbox -> Comp Info path works fine for the same user.

From My Team -> TAC -> Direct Report -> Compensation Info is working fine.

From My Team -> Compensation Info (select a direct report) is also working fine. Would you please check and provide us a solution?
