Licenses and Certifications Access

Summary:

Hello everyone,

We have a user who uses the following navigation: Me→Career and Performance→Skills and Qualifications.

The only thing they see is the Attachments section. No Licenses and Certifications are displayed.

Does anyone know the role or privilege that may need to be added so that the user can see their Licenses and Certifications?
