New purchase agreements are not displaying in the RSSP list of values

We have discovered that new purchase agreements that are created are not automatically displaying in the LOV (List of Values) when attempting to create a new requisition in RSSP.

However, after running the 'ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS' using 'fa-prc-pa' as the parameter, the purchase agreement displayed correctly.

I am confused now since in the past I have heard that these should be one time jobs and should not be scheduled due to potential performance issues.

My question is, is there a way to automatically have new purchase agreements in RSSP without needing to run the job mentioned above?
