What is the privilege for the Awaiting Receipts

Summary:

We are creating a custom role to limit functionality to our users to stay within licensing requirements and least privilege access. The issue, I'm able to get most of the Receipts functionality, however; getting hung up and not able to identify the privilege for Awaiting Receipts. This is a context drill-thru however; the missing privilege so nothing happens.
