Funds Check Warning message in PR Approval Notification

User created a PR and there are sufficient funds available in the Budget but the approver is getting Funds Check Warning message on the PR approval notification. User is claiming that it started appearing after the RSSP adoption. Attached below the screenshots for your reference.
