Contingent Worker unable to provide Performance Feedback

Hi,

The client recently upgraded to Redwood for Performance Management.


We have a process in which a Contingent Worker (with a custom role) provides Performance Check-in feedback to employees. When the employee selects the contingent worker for a peer review, the contingent worker receives a notification with a link to "provide participant feedback". When the contingent worker clicks on the feedback link, the contingent worker gets an error: "Error response during RestAction"

It works if the same feedback request is sent to an employee or a seeded contingent worker role.

I reviewed all the REST Service Roles and Privileges associated with the custom role, the employee role, and the seeded contingent worker roles, but I couldn't see any big differences. However, I never got it to work. Any idea what could I be missing?
