Opportunity Marketplace – Can the “Update Profile” Banner on Job Application More Intuitive?

Summary:

We’re reviewing the internal job application experience in Opportunity Marketplace, specifically the Job Application page.

Currently, when a team member applies for a role, they see a banner that says:
“Keep your talent profile up to date” with a sub header mentioning Update Profile in bold.

However, this design doesn’t make it obvious that the text is actionable. Users often assume it’s informational only, even though they can click Update Profile to edit their details.

Is there any delivered configuration or recommended approach to make this link more intuitive—such as converting it into a button, adding an icon, or changing the styling? Or is this a known limitation?
