Redwood HCM can you mask social security number for a person on a job application?

FA version 25C.

Our HR distributed across agencies and data should not be shared. When a past employee from another agency applies their social security number and date of birth is brought over on the job application.

Is it possible to mask the social security number so only the last 4 digits display or must I use VBS to hide the fields?
