We’re testing the Career Role page in Opportunity Marketplace and noticed something unexpected when using the Sort by Relevance option.
Despite having complete talent profiles and career interests entered, some of the top results are test roles or roles with no associated data. These roles don’t appear to have job profiles or meaningful content, yet they’re sorted above roles that should be a better match.
We’ve confirmed:
- Career roles are searchable and indexed.
- Scheduled processes have run.
- The employee has valid career interests and skills.

- Can Oracle clarify how “Sort by Relevance” is calculated on the Career Role page?
