Opportunity Marketplace - Why Might a Job Be Recommended but Not a Career Role
Summary:
We’re testing the Explore tab in Opportunity Marketplace (Redwood Experience) and trying to understand what drives visibility under the Recommended filter.
We’ve noticed that:
- Some jobs appear under Recommended, but their associated career roles do not.
- Career roles only appear if they’re properly indexed and linked to job profiles.
- The Career statement and preferences slide out allows job family and function, but not specific roles.
We’re looking to confirm:
- What determines whether a career role card appears under Recommended?
- Is there a dependency on scheduled processes or ingestion timing?
- Are there diagnostics to validate which roles are eligible for recommendation?
