Redwood: RSSP is not displaying thumbnail images in search area, Image can be seen if opened details

Summary:

We have added image for an item in the item master for both Master and inventory org.

However, when searching for the item in RSSP, the thumbnail image is not displayed; however, I can see the image by opening the item details.

it is a know product gap in RSSP? or do I miss some profile options or a schedule process to get the images displayed.

When i am searching for any item in search area of RSSP. i am not able to see the thumbnail images for the items in search page. but when i open the particular item, i can see the images.
