Redwood:How to restrict create job offer visibility only for Offer phase

Hi All,

I am looking for guidance on how to restrict the "Create Job Offer" option in the action menu of a requisition when the candidate has reached the

"Selected for Offer" Phase and not in "Interview and Selection" phase.

Currently, in our Oracle system, the "Create Job Offer" option is visible in the action menu in the all the phases. However, we need to restrict this option at this specific stage of the recruitment process. Like until candidate has reached Interview phase create job offer option should not be visible it should show only when candidate has reached Offer phase.
