Benfits Rate recalculation when there is change in Fast Formula Logic

For Basic Employee Life Plan we are calculating Rate value based on FastFormula and the system is live but there is change in logic so how do we change it for exsisting employee (Retroactive perspective calculation of Rate changes)

Please suggest what is done if some one has faced the same
