Is there a possibility to view any integration failures from OIC to OFS?

Summary:

We would like to enable any logging for ongoing/incoming transactions into OFSC via OIC. This is required to fix any failure from the upstream to OFSC. Currently, for any failure, we have to rely on OIC workflows.
